Leaderboards Not Tracking/Updating for Multiple Xbox 360 Games

Hello,

The TrueAchievements community has recently received multiple reports of Xbox 360 games whose leaderboards have not been updating/tracking since September 19th, 2018. This appears to be a widespread issues impacting a variety of titles, including the following
titles:

F.E.A.R.

Far Cry 2

Gears of War

Grand Theft Auto IV

GRAW

Halo 3

Kane & Lynch

Kane & Lynch Japan

Quake 4

Quake 4 German

Rockstar Table Tennis

Saints Row

Saints Row German

Saints Row Japan

Is anyone else countering this issue? Is Microsoft aware of this problem? Please post here if you're having any issues with leaderboard tracking and the game, so we can update the list. I'll try to keep the TrueAchievements community thread updated as well,
since this is where the original reports occurred.

EDIT: Case # 1442238175 for reference. Since it was brought up, this does not appear to be related to a particular publisher or developer, and actually appears to be a consequence of the TrueSkill system, as all of these titles use TrueSkill in some form
or another.

Achievements Leaderboard

Same issues here. Leaderboard is not updating at all these past days. I can see multiple friends having unlocked different achievements in the community feature, but leaderboard still says 0

 

Personal activity feeds not working since just after 1409 update

Still happening to me too, Activity feed not updating, recent played games not updating and Achievements leaderboard not updating.

 

I've been having issues myself with Quake 4, Saints Row, and F.E.A.R. They're old but I still love playing them, hope it gets fixed soon!

 

I'm not having issues, but good thing you also brought it up on these forums.

Let's hope that the Xbox staff is working on a solution.

 

I can confirm this problem in Gears of War with 10 more people I boosted it with in last week..

 

Halo 3 is a problem. The XP isn't tracking for wins, and so at least 2 achievements will not unlock because of this. The Waypoint forums has a post in which a fellow gamer has had 49/50 XP required for these two achievements for the passed 4 days, despite
multiple days of winning matches.

 

I can also confirm GoW isn't tracking kills. Boosted on Wednesday of this week and doesn't seem to be working. I will post again tonight after I host a boosting session.

 

Updated to include more titles that have since been confirmed to be impacted as well. Please reach out to the developers/publishers for these titles so that they can follow up with Microsoft, and continue to post or hit the "I have the same question" button
so help increase the visibility of this issue.

 

Can update on Gears of War. Still not updating. Played for 2 hours last night. Got 118 kills throughout the night.

 

So the achievements still unlock for Gears Of Wars.

 

Would love to have this fixed as these games are still played by a number of people.

 

I have exactly the same problem me and other players so please microsoft fix it as soon as possible

I have to add in the game RED FACTION GUERRILLA is the same problem as well as FAR CRY 2 , level it does not increase so how I to get this achivements in these games ?!

MICROSOFT GET TO WORK we wanna play again in these games for leaderboards and rank up

 

Red Faction: Guerrilla does not rely on true skill leaderboards and your XP is tracked in-game and indeed, after every match you can see what your current XP is (as it happens I've been playing this a lot myself lately). This game's leaderboards broke a
long time ago and is an issue for the developer and not this general Microsoft issue where they have broken/removed/don't know how to fix this in-game TrueSkill service.
