Bannie de Xbox Live

Bonjour,
En janvier 2013 j'achète une carte prépayée pour m'abonner au Xbox Live 12 mois. Une fois le code inscrit dans la Xbox, j'ai une confirmation de mon abonnement.

Le 16 janvier, je vois que 2 montants sont inscrit sur mon compte Paypal pour des achats que je n'ai pas fait. Les achats sont les suivants:

- Confirmation d'achat de Lot Xbox Live de 2000points Microsoft au montant de 33.34$

- Confirmation d'achat Microsoft Gold Familial - 12 mois 51,73

Je communique avec Xbox afin d'être remboursé et d'obtenir des réponses et ont m'explique aussi qu'ils doivent temporairement désactiver mon compte afin de faire une investigation. On m'informe que les investigations ont révélées que des achats ont été effectués alors que je n'avais pas le contrôle de votre compte. J'obtient les remboursements .

Au environ du 20 février, je communique avec le service à la clientèle et celui m'informe que je n'ai toujours pas accès à mon compte mais qu'une fois les investigations terminés, tout rentrera dans l'ordre et que ma console n'est pas bannie.

Or surprise, ma console est bannie!!! Puisque je n'avais pas accès à me connecter depuis le 17 février, je me demande pourquoi j'ai été bannie?

Est-ce que je suis victime du hacker? Et c'est pour cette raison que je suis bannie?

Turn10 a effectué cette mise niveau des crédits pour éliminer les crédits frauduleux gagnés par ceux qui ont utilisé plusieurs save game.

More scans will happen and there will be more credits taken out of the system on a regular basis.

Will you be able to keep the job when school comes around? If you can I would if I were you. Nothing beats a good ole paycheck. My work schedule got kind of screwy now that college is starting.
