    Hi,

    I bought an xbox one controller (with jack for headphones) 2 months ago. it worked fine but recently the ''LB'' key just broken... It still works but it falls if I remove my finger... I decided to give it back but they said they couldn't do anything since
    microsoft won't accept to take this case...

    So I was forced to buy a new one... what I did 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I started to play and I noticed that the ''LB'' key begins to fall again. for now it still fine but i feel that the sound when I push it is not normal because it's broken again.. The same
    way than the first time...

    What shouldI do?

    Hi

    You should be able to arrange the repair through the
    Microsoft devices webpage    , If you are unable to arrange the repair through the link provide then please use the
    contact us webpage and when prompted select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support and they should be able to help arrange the repair.

    buy new one, if u send it in for repairs all they give u is another one that will stop working anyway. read these forums as proof.

    If you just purchased a new controller that's having the same issue, you might want to return it to the retailer for an exchange if possible. You can also setup a repair or replacement online through the
    Online Service Center after you register your console, if the controller is still under warranty.

    Ah yes, more of the same issues. I wonder how long it will be before Microsoft takes notice that their controller built for the long haul has more issues than the standard controller. Perhaps the lack of a valid response to any of the people dealing with
    this issue is a sign they simply don't care or honestly don't know. Either way, warranty is 3 months so you should be OK, Opossum. I agree with Mascot, just go to your retailer because that is a lot more time efficient than dealing with Microsoft tech support.

    Hey there,

    I suggest you re-install your System Cache:

    1. Press ''Xbox Guide Button'' and go to'' System Settings''.

    2. Go to ''storage'' (3rd from above).

    3. Press the following key combinations: ''LB RB X LB RB X'' and then press ''Yes''.

    4. Your console will remove all updates and the restart.

    I hope that works.
