LB key problem

Microsoft devices webpage, If you are unable to arrange the repair through the link provide then please use the
contact us webpage and when prompted select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support and they should be able to help arrange the repair.

Ah yes, more of the same issues. I wonder how long it will be before Microsoft takes notice that their controller built for the long haul has more issues than the standard controller. Perhaps the lack of a valid response to any of the people dealing with
this issue is a sign they simply don't care or honestly don't know. Either way, warranty is 3 months so you should be OK, Opossum. I agree with Mascot, just go to your retailer because that is a lot more time efficient than dealing with Microsoft tech support.

If you just purchased a new controller that's having the same issue, you might want to return it to the retailer for an exchange if possible. You can also setup a repair or replacement online through the
Online Service Center after you register your console, if the controller is still under warranty.

buy new one, if u send it in for repairs all they give u is another one that will stop working anyway. read these forums as proof.

I suggest you re-install your System Cache:

1. Press ''Xbox Guide Button'' and go to'' System Settings''.

2. Go to ''storage'' (3rd from above).

3. Press the following key combinations: ''LB RB X LB RB X'' and then press ''Yes''.

4. Your console will remove all updates and the restart.
