    Hello,i will like to report an issue with my Xbox One controller.Firstly i purchased the console 6 months and had no problems whatsoever.Over the past two weeks,my LB button has started not registering hits and sometimes it doesn't register at all,or it
    registers double sequential hits.I unfortunately do not have the bill of purchase from the retailer which i bought from as i must have accidentally thrown it away.Is there a way to remedy this?I tried an possible solution online which involved blowing hard
    in the space between the LB and LT button but i didn't seem to work.Are there any other possible solutions?Thanks in advance.

    LB button is not registering hits properly.

    Unfortunately the warranty period on the controller is only 90 days. Is your controller updated completely? It may be that the controller is faulty. Good Luck!

    The controller came with the console,it's not a second one.But i resolved by speaking with Xbox support and after finding out it is my warranty they arranged to send me a replacement.

    Quick followup question.In order to receive the new controller does the faulty one i sent have to arrive first at the repair center and then they ship me the new one?

    My controller works fine at home but will not connect at GF house

    You have to push the sync button on the controller (Next to LB bumper) and the sync button on the front of the Xbox 360 at the same time for the controller to sync properly.
