LB button got stuck

Hi,

I got one brand new Elite Controller for my XBOX ONE, and I got surprise when the LB button got stuck. I went to Support online, and it ask me which button I want to buy. They have all buttons, expect the one that I need. What can I do in this case ?

LB button

yes its just the LB button its not working at all. the rest of the controller actually works just the that one button that does not work.

the LB will not work at first i thought it was GTA 5 but come to find out the only way i can get the home screen go left is to use the left stick. is there a fast fix here with out having to send the whole system away? the game is not even a years old.

Try any solutions it may provide, otherwise contact Xbox through Chat, Email, Phone in order to get your controller sent in for repair or replacement.

Check to make sure your LB shoulder button isn't stuck. Sometimes if the controller is dropped it can get stuck in.

Hi there,

If I understand the issue, its with your controller and not the console?

You can just send the controller in for service rather than the console and controller:

-start here:
myservice.xbox.com/.../welcome.aspx

click "Replace an Accessory"

Hi, I have a feeling it’s the LB button. I only have one controller so looks like I’m off out to buy a new one, if that doesn’t work I’m stuck.
