LB Bumper on Xbox Controller has a little creaky vibration when pushed

If you buy a bumper replacement kit they are very easy to do yourself. I had to do it to my elite controller similar sounding issue turned out the connecting plastic had a crack in it which was causing the problem. I got the kit off Amazon for lik 6 bucks
came with the screw drivers need to take apart the controller. If you need any help changing out the bumpers if you go that route feel free to contact me by responding to this post. Good luck

This is the only I have, I did do one before the creaky thing started happening, fully up to date, and its just annoyance

This is likely due to the plastic casing over the button caving in slight to where it rubs on the inside of the controller when you push it down. I have a similar issue with my first controller I had when the Xbox One first came out. The button still works
but makes a creaky sound and overall feels like it is getting stuck.

There isn't really a way to fix this issue without taking the controller apart and we don't recommend doing that. You may want to try and clean around the edges of the button and see if that loosens it up a bit.

If the creaky noise does not get better, then it may be time to get a new controller since as a gamer, I know this can affect gameplay.

Does it hinder gameplay in any way or is just an annoyance?
