Lazy or just not used to it?

The X1 just isn't powerful. At all. Even before launch it was a weak system. Look at current hardware now compared to X1. When the 360 and PS3 were released they were at least on par with mid-high end hardware. The X1 has cheap low end hardware.

Still fun though.

Visuals will be improve,we saw that in the past and "everyday" we see visuals improvements....And it would be great to see AI improvements.

Each gen we say : "How great !" About visuals but i'm not sure we can say the same thing about AI.....

With the coming of "drivatars" , i hope to see more stuffs like that in a near future.

I have a high end pc and you know what, Ryse still stands up to any graphics PC can throw out. I can run crysis 3 and bf4 at full detail and I still think Ryse looks amazing. It's not always about power but how they use it.

What about Ryse on the PC though? Have they tweaked the looks at all or is it the same game as on the One?

Isn't Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 1080p? Minecraft X1 edition is 1080p 60fps. I guess it's how well the game developers understand the DDR3 RAM and ESRAM and the X1 system. Halo MCC I think may also be 1080p when it comes out very soon this month. The Forza
game developers must have a good relationship with Microsoft to produce games.

The graphics in Forza Horizon 2 are amazing better than NFS Rivals and Forza 5, honestly I have those games. It looks like driving in real life. Goes to show you can achieve the level of graphics detail with only DDR3 RAM and X1's specs. I'd say both but
may be inclined to not use to it. Xbox 1 won't be turning one year old until 22/11/2014. I still think it would be OK to have games at 720p or 900p and good frame rate and good textures, than a game at 1080p with crappy frame rate or crappy textures. 720p
and higher resolutions, are officially HD anyways.

I'd expect Halo and Minecraft to be running at 1080p since Microsoft owns those games (Microsoft acquired Minecraft, 343 studios is a subsidiary of Microsoft). And if Microsoft or a subsidiary of them make a game, I'm sure they would have been taught by
Microsoft on how to achieve best game results. Call of Duty is not made by Microsoft or a subsidiary of them, so they may not understand it well enough. Not all game developers may want to spend lots of time researching the system maybe because the have their
own business to try and run.

Didn't the Kinect take away some of the system power? since they've given developers that 10% extra power I think it's now easier for them to hit the 1080p mark.

I must say I am amazed how far it's come so fast. Looking at the difference already from the early games to what we are already seeing only a year later is amazing. Even though the game, in my opinion of course, was somewhat lack luster, destiny is undeniably
beautiful to look at. The lighting especially is amazing. It seems time with the hardware is really paying off!

All consoles go through the learning curve period. Consoles are not built, then sit idle for 18 months while developers build their first games on them. Gen 1 games for just about every console made have the same sorts of problems that Gen 1 games for Xbox
One have exhibited.
