Waited over 1 hour to report a modder who was actively banning people off Xbox Live, still did not get through, so I place in a que to get a call back, TWO times, i get a call, no'one speaks up, they hang up. POOR crap. lazy, incompetent, especially when
i could hear people in the background but you couldn't speak up..

all the while people were getting banned from xbox live while you were too lazy to care.

I am a ambassador/Enforcer, why are there not better implementations to report these things immediately? why, you do not care about anything but income.

Do what THEOWENKILLER said. Something also needs to be done about the phone service customer support. So many people post similar questions here and they say customer support told them to post here. It is an extremely lazy answer. It wouldn't hurt for MS
to send a memo.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans, not phone and chat support. To report anyone you need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

And to add what Smutches stated, as an Ambassador, you should honestly know this already but just as a reference

To report a player’s bio or location:

Double-tap the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide and select the Gamertag that you wish to report. If the player is not a friend, select
Recent players from the drop-down menu or select Find someone and enter the player's Gamertag.

From the player's profile card, select See full profile.

Select More.

Select Report.

Select Bio or location.

Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select
Report.

And just because you are an Ambassador doesn't give you special privileges over any other customer of Xbox and you might want to reread the information on what the Ambassadors are Ambassador

And in a double whammy the Playstation brand grows lazy without genuine competition. They limit their innovations and customer pulling services because... who else will the customers turn to? Playstation users don't realise how good they have it simply from
having us around. And it works in reverse as well.
