    why does my xbox make a louder noise when i put in a certain game?

    @Inferior Yeah but think of the wear and tear damage you are doing to your drive lazer. IT will burn out eventually

    I agree with STANG. It may very well be lazer burn. If that is true, I hope you have the warranty because it's awfully tough to fix.

    obviously, you jolted your xbox while the game was in there causing *lazer burns* typically never stand your xbox up and do not ever move it while it is on.

    Greeting's, A lazer burn is quite serious. Have you tried cleaning the disc with a soft cloth or a disc cleaner as such ? Don't do what most people do and put water over them this doesn't work. You can always take your game into a local game shop to get
    it cleaned for free but if the lazer inside the Xbox will not read the disc you may have to buy another one.
