LAYERS OF FEAR BUNDLE BROKEN

Earlier today I bought Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition which comes with the game and the new DLC

But the only thing that downloaded for me was the DLC and not the game itself.

It says I have purchased it but I am unable to access the game.

So I pretty much spent $23 on a DLC..

I know other people are having issues with this bundle download as well.

Xbox hasnt seen this and needs to fix it asap!

please don't waste your time telling me to restart my xbox or anything I've done that numerous times.

Kind of what I thought. I played the demo. I bought it after that but have decided to wait to play it again until it's complete. I hear they might add stuff in later like sort of side quests and new room etc.

 

Got the same problem, after purchasing the Masterpiece Edition only the DLC is available for installation, the main game is missing. Would very much appreciate a fix in the very near future.

And no problem i had with anything was ever fixed by turning something on and off

Had a friendly talk with the support hotline today. They confirmed it's an issue on their side which could take a few more days or even a week to get sorted out. So they offered me to either wait or get my money back - I took the refund.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Is anyone able to install the game manually by searching for "Layers of Fear" in the Xbox Store on your Xbox One console? Or does it ask you to purchase the game?

thanks for the reply. When visiting the store page of the main game it didn't give me the option to install, just the normal "purchase" button.

 

This should seriously be a bigger issue. This is false advertising, I don't want a refund. I bought this edition and it the actual game is locked for me and asks me to purchase it. I literally just paid 23 *** dollars for dlc. Unlock the full game for us
who purchased this, how hard is that to do? Can't you guys be sued for *** like false advertising??

 

I have the same Problem. The Game size: 0 MB in the Store...

 

I am having the same problem. Support didn't give me the option for a refund or a time frame. They just said that there was a problem with the supplier and not there problem and that it is being fixed. Still a pain though. It shouldn't take that long since
the main game is available to purchase separately. They should definitely credit the users account a percentage for all the trouble they have cost us. It would be nice if someone from Xbox support would give an update on this forum. Ignoring the problem doesn't
make it any better.

 

same here, bought masterpiece edition for 22,99 euro. if i go to it in my games &apps there is a only a picture for the inheritance add on under the point shortly installed. if i click on it the window "movies & tv" opens. wtf????

paid the full prize and can`t play it???? neither the full game nor the add on? fix it or give me my money back

 

I'm having the same problem. I bought the "Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition" and can't install the main game or the DLC. Could you please fix this as soon as possible and let us know how long this is going to take?
