Lawsuit warning ⚠️

I was falsely accused and suspended for something I did not do I don't own a mic and I have all my recent messages no type of investigation was done in really hurt by this I've been a loyal customer and contributer to the xbox community
I've gotten a lot of family member to join me on Xbox and this is what you guys do to me if this issue is not handled accordingly family will be forced to switch over to Sony

First of all, sorry for all the threads lately.

They settled a class action lawsuit. It was mostly about online passes and letting customers know. Here is the link.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
