Lawsuit Ready.

Either i can get some actual help with someone who can alter a account ban or im going to file a lawsuit towards microsoft to get everything ive spent on my account refunded. Its completely ridiculous that i have to actually file a damn lawsuit against this
company because they dont have a proper enforcement team. Its ridiculous that i even have to be right here typing all of this just because i cant get in touch with someone who can actually do something. Allow me to explain. In order for me to be satisfied
here with the outcome, i want all proof associated with my ban on "cheating". i want proof where i asked for modified items in a game, i want proof that i was manipulating my network, i want proof that i was trying to gain an advantage in multiplayer games.
because it damn sure doesnt specify why the account was banned. just gives those options. i want the proof. my account was wrongfully suspended and this is the last straw. Ive expressed in the past when my past account suspensions happened that i wanted proof.
im tired of talking to a bunch of idiots at support who just refer me to the enforcement email. (which i NEVER get). After my past suspensions i vowed to not join another modified lobby in any game because of how close i am to being permanently banned. If
you accidentally join someone who is modding or doing stuff to there lobby and i dont know then why am i getting banned??? ive waited the 2 weeks countless of times before this and i sure dont mind waiting some more. but if i dont get proof then i will push
and do everything i can to get compensation for my trouble and go buy a playstation. i wouldnt be wasting my time here typing all of this if i wasnt feeling some type of way about the banning system. the only games ive played in the past month is and was destiny
2 and diablo 3 ros. i hoped on diablo 3 ros when my internet was going in and out of service because of the hurricane and this kid trapped me in a corner in an online game with an object that clearly wasnt in the game and laughed at me and then kicked me from
his game. if i got banned for manipulating my network then im definitely going to be in contact with my internet service provider for all the times they were working on the poles around my house. if i got banned for accidentally joining that kids lobby and
being laughed at like some monkey in a cage when i was trapped in the corner then he should be banned too. i would know hes not banned because i can still message people and i messaged him asking if he got banned and he said no. why when you accidentally join
a modded lobby the person who has no knowledge that they are even in a modded lobby to begin with gets banned but the person ACTUALLY DOING THE MODDING DOESNT! DOESNT THAT SOUND IGNORANT AS A ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM??? ill be waiting on a response with all proof
on why i was banned. *PROOF IS RECORDINGS, MESSAGES, PICTURES.* PHYSICAL EVIDENCE. thanks.

No ones going to be playing as much as MW2 had/would. I'd rather eat a burrito naked in front of Donald Trump who thinks he can become president than this. Honestly take this forum down.

is activision ignoring the lawsuit or w/e? have there bbeen and updates in the suit?

Go ahead and see if you can find an attorney that will file suit. Not going to happen.

Microsoft does not have to show you any proof, and they will not. This in part is to help protect any persons that may have filed a report.

Don't count on getting refunded either.

 

You might want to read the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account.

The enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof they have,you agreed to this.

You forfeit all digital content tied to your account if you are permananlty banned & are not entitled to any type of refund,you also agreed to this.

The enforcement site brandiesel has directed you to is the only place to find info about your ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

To summarize on all of the replies from the community.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
