Lawsuit for AVOID ME reputation?

I'm an attorney who's considering a lawsuit for XBOX One's flawed reputation system. I have been unfairly targeted by online trolls who have constantly reported me for choosing what they deem to be an unpopular character in the Xbox One version of Overwatch.
Prior to being banned, I was messaged by an Xbox One user who threatened me mid-game by saying if I did not change characters, he and his group of friends would report me and relegate me to "Avoid Me" status, despite the fact that my team actually won that
game. This has happened to me several times, even though I am a highly skilled player.

This is a gigantic flaw in the system, and is unfairly punishing players who are good with unconventional characters. According to a blog by Major Nelson, this might take several months for me to "rehabilitate" my character, even though I have done nothing
to deserve this onslaught. I am now unable to play many of my favorite titles online, despite paying for this service. Microsoft needs to fix this issue, or else I will consider all of my options, including filing suit. According to the blogs that I've read,
Microsoft and its teams is aware that there is a flaw in its ranking system, and it's something that needs to be addressed. Just for the record, the gamertag associated with this issue is Jamocha Shakes.

It is a bit buggy, and it's crashed thrice for me over seven days, but a lawsuit? Really? All this tells devs is not to include content in the game within six months of launch just to avoid being sued by greedy lawyers.

 

I love the DRM that Microsoft is using, and you should too.

Cant wait for the xbox 2 rumor has it to avoid kinect lawsuits the xbox 2 will give you a prostate exam & charge you rent

Typical response. A troll. Obviously I'm frustrated because I can't use online functions for any of my games because of people like this- people that just like to be rude online for no reason. Very classy sir. I didn't see any "rules" before posting.

 

Thanks. This wasn't clear when I was posting. But either way, this rep system is a giant scam because people can agree to band together and report a person without any repercussions. This system is susceptible to online bullying, and Microsoft is aware of
this but refuses to acknowledge it.

 

Actually,anyone who abuses the reporting system risks enforcement action themselves.Consantly filing false reports does have consequences.
