Lawn mower simulator ancient Britain dlc

OK I am running out of options here. I called Microsoft 5 times over this so far. There is no way to download said dlc. Yet I have been denied a refund twice. Trying a third time manually. I am blocked from requesting a call. I really feel like Microsoft I trying to run out the two weeks for a refund time frame. I have attempted to contact the developer and lawyers as I want my money back. Any help would be appreciated. It boggles the mind how you sell something you don't have.

Yeah I tried to reply and despite my explaining why I wanted a refund it was denied again. I am past thinking this is just bad luck. I believe they intentionally want to deny my refund. Which if Walmart sold you an empty box you would instantly get a refund.

Yeah thanks anyways. I Expected as much. Microsoft making them call you is extremely anti consumer.

I'm sorry about that. Unfortunately issues of refunds are beyond me. If the appeal was rejected as well, then there's nothing more that can be done.

Did you try appealing the refund? You can appeal the refund decision by replying the email you got from Microsoft with refund decision. Keep if brief and explain why you should get the refund and they'll take a second look.
