    Law enforcement abuse


    Hi. I've been warned 2 times for communication problems...First time was ok but today, for the same thing except I've done nothing but playing the right way with my headset on with mic OFF...What is happening with the Xbox Live law enforcement? Today was
    really unfounded enforcement against my gamertag...What are my rights in this case?

    If someone harrases you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.

    In case of cyber bullying contact your local law enforcement

    Someone claiming to be a modder and stating that I will no longer be able to connect to services

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.

    In case you fear for your life or your property contact the local law enforcement

    Naming and shaming is not allowed in the forums so don't use other people's gtags in your post

    Abusive messages

    I understand that 1000s of messages will be received and investigated but this is a pretty blatant abusive messages so to me is a no brainer.

    Problem with reporting this to law enforcement is not much they can do if it's in another country.

    Cyberstalking is a criminal offense under American anti-stalking,
    slander    , and
    harassment     laws. For xbox live just report these persons and block them from further abuse. In addition you can file a complain with your local law enforcement.

    I think we should add a new law to the universe: The Call of Duty law. Anything that can be abused, will be.
