    Launching problem


    I bought a game from Microsoft Store ( DOOM ), and downloaded the game on my Xbox but the game does not work, and I do not know what the problem is

    when I press launch, the start page opens and then closes the game again and returns to the home page

    Please help to fix this issue

    Problem Launching My Game

    Hello to those reading,

    My friend owns the game 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 2' as disk and also bought it from the market-place. Today he downloaded a copy onto a flash drive and told me to plug it into my XBOX 360 and to move the file onto my Hard Drive. I did so and after my game
    moved, I went to my 'Games' Tab and launched my game only to get an error.

    Could it be because I don't own the game myself? It's just because he's done the same on other friends consoles and it worked on their's the same way I did it but it's not for me

    Hi you might need to check if your console is in good quality if not you need to contact the sellers of your console and get a refund.

    Are you playing the game installed on the internal HD, or are you playing from an external drive connected via USB?

    Hi there,

    Please quit the game totally and then power cycle your XBox. If this doesnt not resolve the issue please uninstall and reinstall the game as it should correct anything that is going wrong. If this doesn't resolve the issue please let us know and we will
    help from there!

    First: Reset your console (Power Circle). If it does not work, uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

    Have you already tried to hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds, and then starting the console again

    When the console takes so long to laundh, does it show a green Xbox One logo screen, or does it show you a black screen and goes to the Home Screen?

    Is your Xbox in "Instant on" mode? I've found that when I leave my Xbox in that mode for too long it starts to get a little glitchy. Putting it in "Power Saver" mode for a day of two usually fixes this for me. Hope this Helps!
