    Launching Gems of war for Xbox one


    As of 8/31/2018 I can not play Gems of war. There is a alert out for Purchasing and content usage but the game will not load. Is there something I can do to fix this or is this something only Xbox can fix?

    MyVIP Gems not being added for Gamerscore increase

    Hi,

    I've just had a look at MyVIP Gems statement and claimed some Gems for Gamerscore increases and I'm a bit confused how it works. Is there a set amount of Gems you receive for increasing your Gamerscore by 1000?

    Over the last 6 months my Gamerscore has increased by roughly 120,000 and I've received 3 deposits in that time. 2 in November (one for 24 Gems and one for 202 Gems) and one in April for 4 Gems.

    In between the November and April Deposits I know I have earned over 100,000 Gamerscore, but I only received 4 Gems? Am I missing something or have I not received the correct amount of Gems?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    purchased 5000 rewards points from xbox rewards - the gems were deducted but no order made

    I made 2 exchanges of myvip gems, one for 5000 rewards points for 250 gems, and one for 5 Fallout lunchboxes, for 100 gems.

    I got an email about the Fallout order, but not for the 5000 points.

    Can someone please look into this?

    Launching Gems of war for Xbox one

    If the game is launching and then taking you back to the dashboard please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and see if that helps it launch.

    If not, you could try redownloading your account as seen here:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    If that does not work, please reformat your console keeping games and apps (requires account redownload):

    Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

    If it has an error code please share that here, and if it still does not work please see the status page for updates:

    To many racing games in Game Pass and Games with Gold

    Unfortunately you cant please everyone but I am sure one will come that you will enjoy one day. You just have to be patient and remember since these are free to play that you might have to wait sometimes. Also for instance xbox does give you quite a few
    gems that are even new sometimes. Take gears of war 5 for instance At launch it was available etc.
