Launching Game Help

I recall a feature on the Xbox One that allowed you to launch a Help app for the current game you were playing. The help app would diplay several pages of basic information for the active game (ie controls, basic gameplay information).

Has this feature been removed? I've tried launching the Xbox Assist app while playing a game, but that just displays a generic home screen...but a screen specific to the game I'm playing.

I thought I used it in the last year or two...but I suppose it could be longer. I'm starting to wonder if maybe this feature went away when the "Xbox Help" app was replaced with "Xbox Assist"?

Hey there, so far the only thing that comes to mind when you’re talking about that feature, had to do with the Snap guides.

If that’s the case, then unfortunately yes that feature was removed a few years back. Definitely let us know how long ago you remember using this feature and myself and the other ambassadors can take a look and see if it’s something else that I haven’t thought
of yet.

I have been trying a million things I even reinstalled my entire computer with fresh W11 and still had the same issues. This FIXED the issues on my PC. Thx a bunch.

I had the same problem and can confirm the problem is windows date and time. Go to date and time settings and uncheck "Set the time automatically" , then manually set the time to the correct time. All my games work now. Really weird issue
