Having used a correctly formatted EHDD to download a game (Halo Infinite) through the Xbox app on my laptop, it won't now launch. Any ideas?...     Hi.

    Having used a correctly formatted EHDD to download a game (Halo Infinite) through the Xbox app on my laptop, it won't now launch.

    Any ideas?

    There maybe multiple reasons as to why its not launching. It makes things easier running through all the first basic troubleshoots. It is from there we can try think outside of the box on different solutions. You installed the game on an external drive?
