Launching disc games after playing for a while it takes me back to home screen

after I put any game disc in my drive it plays it for a little bit but it return me to the home page I'm upset because I can't save any data I pass before it returns me to home screen

Xbox one shutting down

while playing fortnite ,Xbox will shut off,after 5 or so seconds it will come back on and takes me right back to the home screen . This doesn’t happen on any other game. Any suggestions?

Forza Horizon- On demand Nightmare

As I stated in my support thread, I had a friend loan me his disc to see if it was anything to do with my gamertag and his disc worked fine. I was able to get into the game.

When you start the game on demand version and it asks for the title update, after downloading it, does it take you back to your Xbox home screen or does it continue on with the game? For me, when doing this with the disc it continues on with the game as
it should. When getting the title update with the GoD version, it takes me back to the home screen. I think this is some indication there is something amiss.

Sorry to hear about the trouble! Have you had a chance to try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then try again? If not, give that a try to see if it helps

I have the same problem. I try to launch my game and i see only a black screen and then takes me back home to the main screen and it only does that with call of duty games because I can play with all the other games just fine .

I'm getting this problem too. I now cant play any of my games since the preview update. Games such as Forza 5 and Trials Fusion have these symptoms but they also at various times try to load after you've popped the disc in then say the game needs an update
and after a few seconds of trying to update said game a message appears saying there was a problem and it jumps back to the home screen. Other games will load for a while and then jump back to the home screen and it makes no difference if I try to play them
on or offline. Very frustrating.

Played dead rising this afternoon after installing it, now installed bf4 and now no games work. Click on them and it takes me back to the home screen. Really annoying
