    I got to launch a game but when i press the A button to launch the game it freezes and doesn't do anything it remains frozen and nothing seems to work how can i resolve this issue ?

    Sorry to hear that your having issues launching games. Are you unable to launch any of your games on the Xbox?

    That sounds frustrating!

    However, you have not given us any information at all to go on, to help you out. We'd need to know at least:

    -platform (PC or a specific console)
    -what happens when you try to launch games - any messages or popups?
    -what games this has happened on
    -if console - where are the games stored (internal, external etc).
    -what have you tried so far to rectify the problem
    - if PC, list the OS and any helpful system info

    Will you get XB1 on relaese date. or you wait until they get the bugs out of it first.

    most games at launch have issues but yet most people dont hesitate to buy them. Any issues the PS4 or Xbox One have at launch will hopefully be fixed with some kind of update.
