Launching a Game through the Xbox App on Windows 10. Strange Buzzing Noises!

About 75-85% of the time when I launch a game (minecraft: windows 10, Star Wars Commander, Solitaire... anything) through the Xbox app on Windows 10 it either makes 2 shorts buzzing noises and then there will be no sound (from the games or anything else
open like a music player) or it will constantly make a louder buzzing noise that does not stop until I exit everything I have running on my pc (like music, edge/chrome, even the xbox app). The other 15-25% of the time it works fine after making 1 very short
buzzing noise. It's starting to drive me crazy. I've troubleshooted the audio driver and everything that Micrsosoft already recommended. and also reinstalled the audio drivers. I would really like to know if I could fix this. ASAP

Xbox one making weird noise

Recently received the Madden 15 bundle and the Xbox makes this buzzing/whinning noise. The weird thing is that the noise seems to only be audible when idling on the dashboard and/or if running an app. If I load up a game the noise completely stops. Also
if I have a game running in the background and idle on dashboard or run an app the noise isn't audible. Very strange, already tried hard reboot and unplug from outlet.

 

Buzzing noise, Game Freeze and Restart forming an endless cycle on my XBox one.

My Xbox one makes a strange buzzing noise and restarts. This happens with any game. Suddenly th gameplay freezes, a buzzing noise is heard and the Xbox simply restarts. What happens next is that I am caught in an endless cycle of buzzing noise and restarts.

So far I hav tried the following:

-Hard reset

-Uninstalling the game and redownloading

-Factory reset

Nothing helped. Till now the console makes a strange noise and reboots. I am sorry if this specific question is answered but I coulf not locate it.

Please help me resolve the issue

 

have you ran a defrag on your pc?

 

Yes I have and I am still having the issue.

 

have you gone to device manager and disable your audio and re enable it? (kind of a soft reset)

(search device manager--you must be admin to change anything in the setting)

Also what kind of PC is the one you are using?
