    I am new to the xbox one s and after updating a preinstalled game I cannot play it because it says I need to purchase the new installed version because it only plays on live gold. What do I do as I was under the impression that a preloaded game could be
    played when it had been loaded previously?

    I was able to insall game and update. But when I click on it to start it nothing happens.
    Originally for me the first time I tried to launch it the console reset after trying to update the game, then after it wouldn't launch due to wanting an update that it wouldn't let me install.

    Thank you so much for the update. Kindly try launching the game and then open the task manager, locate the Gaming Services task then end it. After that quit and re-launch the game.
