    Launcher isn’t working


    So I’m on curseforge and after changing some file locations etc minecraft just doesn’t start up. I press play on the launcher, and minecraft opens for barely a second and closes right away. Does anyone know what it could be that’s causing this?

    I can't login with Microsoft on the latest Minecraft launcher.

    Make sure you are already signed in to the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app and the Xbox Console Companion app with the same account you are trying to use in the launcher.

    Press Control-Shift-Escape to call up Task Manager.

    See if you can see “Minecraft Launcher” running in Processes tab.

    If so, right click Launcher process and choose “End Task”

    Also make sure that antivirus software isn’t getting in the way of startup.

    Since you work for Microsoft is there a chance you could possibly see if my account was muted ? I don’t have any outstanding enforcement issues or anything but my buddy said he got his account muted my Microsoft one time on accident and they didn’t know.
