    the netflix app does not want to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. always the same worries.

    there is an error code that is displayed 0x80070490. can you help me.

    hi, i am very upset, i bought the xboxone with the game assssin Creed origins and i thought that the game was on a DVR but it was only a code to install it. With the last update, impossible to launch the game, no way to Get assistance of Microsoft in France
    to solve the problem. This company is a nightmare, they want to control everything and when it doesn't work they don't provide real assistance! How do i play my game That i bought ?!

    Are you playing the game installed on the internal HD, or are you playing from an external drive connected via USB?

    Have you already tried to hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds, and then starting the console again

    When the console takes so long to laundh, does it show a green Xbox One logo screen, or does it show you a black screen and goes to the Home Screen?

    Is your Xbox in "Instant on" mode? I've found that when I leave my Xbox in that mode for too long it starts to get a little glitchy. Putting it in "Power Saver" mode for a day of two usually fixes this for me. Hope this Helps!

    First: Reset your console (Power Circle). If it does not work, uninstall and reinstall the game.
