    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with connecting the Xbox One X to Xbox Live. To help clarify:

    • What type of internet connection are you using?
    • What is the error message you receive?
    • Have you tried to power cycle your Xbox console and network hardware?
    • Have you tried an ethernet connection?

    I recommend to try the following article:

    "I've connected my Xbox One to Xbox Live before, but I can't connect now."

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
