Launch games

I was playing my xbox one and suddenly my game crashed and from nom on I can't launch any more games! And when I turn on my xbox the image at the beginning with the logo is all pixelated...

There is no need to use license transfer, but you have to launch it with the same profile as you originally bought it with. So, make sure you log in with your original account, and there shouldn't be a problem. If you try any other account, you will receive
the error message you got.

when i launch the game, it freeze in the first screen when he ask you to press any keys, when i press a key, it does nothing, i don't know what to do. And the profil on the bottom right say "no profil selected".

i run on Windows 10, and i have all the latest updates

If you haven't sent your console out yet, you may want to consider
performing a factory reset on your Xbox one. It's a great step to try before sending in your console. This fixes most issues that basic troubleshooting will not fix. Aside from that, they factory reset your console after repairing it either way.
