Latest Xbox update turning Xbox off

Try downloaden the latest dashboard update and put it on a USB thumb drive.

Follow this:
support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-info

Make sure your xbox is turned off, put in the USB thumb, turn on Xbox.

See if it updates.

I'm able to turn on my Xbox console. But when updating to the latest software updates, it turns off and does not restart to install updates. It keeps having the same problem with the power button blinking three times and not turning on and staying on to use the console.

Hey there! If you go to Settings, System, is there a system update available? It looks like that error can be caused by not having the latest update. If it says no update available, cancel the download, turn off your console (Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off),
and unplug it for 5 minutes. Turn it back on, and try the games again, one at a time.
