    Latest Xbox update caused a weird glitch


    I have my games installed on an external SSD, and after the latest Xbox update I went to start up skyrim, and for some reason skyrim began to install onto my internal HD so for now I paused installation. When I go to Manage Games on my external, it says skyrim is installed and is 25gb in size. When I check the internal, it says skyrim is installed there too but is only 15gb. My question is; if I uninstall skyrim from my internal HD will it affect any data on my external? When I did install it on my external I first installed it into the internal and then MOVED it to the external. I do not want to lose my skyrim mod list so I am very skeptical about doing this. I can still play it from my external at the moment, I just want to get rid of the "paused installation" from my dashboard.

    OK, I watched the first one and its the tunnel wall glitch in new zombs map which will be patched in then latest update as they always do. The second video was weird. It was MP action and I didnt see any glitching nor modding...............//facepalm.

    My xbox is up to date. it has the latest update. The problem on occured after recent xbox live dashboard update. Its weird cause sometimes it connects and other times it wont. Every time it wont I run the connection test and it fails to connect to xbox live
    but is connected to the internet. Very frustrating.

    must be a glitch with 21h1 OS as the version you have is installed with that os update. ill update mine later and check to see if i get a similar issue.
    That version number is weird as the 1001 version is the latest one that comes from the Store...is there some kind of testing/Beta version around?

    No that doesn't work. I tried it already and I was thinking it could be cause I'm in the preview programme cause it happened around the time the latest update came out. So it could be just a glitch from the update. I'll try post in the preview programme
    forum and see if anyone has the same problem.

    Some glitches like this have been caused by a faulty GPU. Hope that's not the case.

    (Forza was a good example, had weird shadowing and patterning.)
