    Latest Xbox One Update Preview lost my preview program and bf1 expansion packs help


    originally had an issue with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. Upon troubleshooting the issue, you are now able to connect online but there are 3 more issues left....

    (1) Games with Gold page on the console shows 2016

    (2) missing expansion pass for the game Battlefield 4.

    (3) lost preview program

    It didn't work I think it's got something to do with the preview program due to the latest update I got on my Xbox one that was sent with me being in the preview program that is causing the issue... My roommate doesn't have an issue on his Xbox one with

    Got an invite to the Xbox one preview but never got a token?

    I was told by XBox Support to make a post in the private Xbox One Preview Program forum but I can't find it.. It's on the FAQ page for the Preview Program.

    "Where can I go to get support if my token is invalid or if I’ve lost my token?

    If your token is invalid, or if you’ve deleted the Xbox Live service message, please make a post in the private Xbox One preview forum."
