    Latest Xbox one update issue


    Is anyone else having this problem? My Xbox One is now stuck in a loop trying to update and getting to 10% and saying there is a problem. I have followed all the guide lines from power cycle, OSUDT2 install from usb and finally factory restore. It is still
    stuck in the loop but I can't even get to using it off line now. I have had help from Keith from support but to no avail (Keith was great though). I have been told to wait 24 hours as there may be an issue with the actual update. I'm 12 hours in and it still
    isn't working yet. 12 Hours to go to find out what happens next.

    August Update Issues (Disc Error)

    Has anyone else had problems with their Xbox One not being able to read game discs since installing the latest August update?

    Xbox Support said the issue has been wide-spread but I haven't seen anyone mention it on forums or articles.

    So as indie24 said, I went over to the xbox forums and it seems to be an issue since the latest preview update. Loads of other people having the same issue. Thought I had a faulty xb1 for a moment!

    Made the call after 24 hours and have been told the technicians are working on it. Wouldn't give me any promises on when the issue will be resolved and basically told to keep trying the update and it should sort itself out. 2 days with out my xbox and counting,
    not happy.

    Hello again, if it really is something with the latest console update the support will not be able to help you because you cannot downgrade the system to return the previous version.

    Ideally, we expect Microsoft to fix this bug in the next update.
