Latest xbox live system update september 4th wont let me download it

The latest system update for xbox live wont download most of the time I try to download it, it would either give me an error code and tell me to test my connection and I've done it so many times I lost track. Or it would progress a little bit and stop moving
and then it would give an error code again.

I would appreciate any help people can give me because I don't know how to fix this.

I cant connect to xbox live

I have tried everything but everytime I go from the 3rd step to the 4th and try to update it wont allow me cuz it wont let me connect to xbox live

 

disconnects from live after starting game disc

i downloaded an update for mw3 and now it wont let me stay connected to live, after the download is complete it wont let me re-connect to live, keeps saying problem connecting to xbox live.. i press test connection and it says there arent any problems with
it.

i tried deleting the update and clearing system cache than restarting my xbox and that wont work either

 

Try this. On your console, go to Settings hub, and then select System.

Select Storage and On your controller, press the following button sequence:

a.Press the left bumper.

b.Press the right bumper.

c.Press the X button.

d.Press the left bumper.

e.Press the right bumper.

f.Press the X button.

When prompted, select Yes.

After the console restarts, sign in using an Xbox LIVE gamertag, and download the update again.

 

i am having the same problem and have tried all the fixes online and with an xbox rep and they could not solve the problem they said some peoples xboxs are messing up with this update that they are working on putting out another one to fix the problem

 

i have tried to do every thing i moved every thing on to a usb that didn't work tried to reformat wouldn't let me do that i even did that thing dangerous bard suggested that didn't work either wtf? xbl

 

This has happned to Me and a few of my mates. My Xbox is completely messed. Even after doing everything an reformatting my hardrive it still will not download that update rendering my console usless online
