    Latest xbox 360 update now one of my profiles can't use forza 4 dlc


    So my xbox 360 downloaded and installed the most recent update, now 2 of my 3 profiles can't access my downloaded and installed forza 4 dlc. My main profile, the one which I used to purchase the dlc can use it but my other 2 profiles can't. Does this have
    anything to do with the Xbox live service outage going on at the moment?

    Getting Error 801540A9 when trying to download child accounts to Xbox 360

    I have two child accounts associated with my Family, and I am getting the "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later." 801540A9 error when I try to download their Xbox Live profiles to my Xbox 360.

    Their XBL profiles were created in the Windows 10 Xbox app. All of their profile information is present.

    Things I have tried:

    1. Removing and re-adding child accounts.

    2. Clearing Xbox 360 cache.

    3. Clearing Xbox 360 updates and re-installing latest update.

    4. Removing 2FA from my account.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Cross-platform multiplayer gaming is a feature of Forza Horizon 3. To take advantage of this, kindly verify that you have the following requirements:

    • The Xbox One profile should have Xbox Live Gold.
    • You've installed the latest updates for Windows 10.
    • You've installed the latest updates for Xbox One.
    • Both devices are online and connected to Xbox Live.

    Also, please make sure you're not using the same profile on Xbox One and Windows 10.
