Latest X-Box One Update

What on earth is Microsoft playing at with the latest update?

Instead of going straight to Home when you press the X-Box button, you now have to make two further button presses. Very retrograde and no explanation for why.

For the love of common sense change it back now!

Who bought an X1 and whose sticking with their 360?

I bought the x box one and give to my brother the x box 360 the console stay in the house. so I can play later future x box 360 games.

 

My Disk Drive wont read games since the update.

I have 2 x boxes , one my brothers and one mine . both worked just fine before hte latest update earlier this month , after the update it would not work .. I thought it might be my disk drive so I went and tried it on my brother's X box . and again it didn't
work . unless Microsoft planned all cetain model x boxes to stop reading discs on a certain day ..

Then for the hollidays microsoft broke out X boxes .. I read a few days ago about me not being the only victim of this latest update . and the answers were less then .. umm helpful . I couldnt find the old thread so i'm making a new one in the hopes that
I get a dont worry we're workingo n a fix atleast.. since this is beyond messed up from microsoft . my 10 year old brother's christmast present was not being ableto play his new X box game.. he isn't to thrilled..

I'm hoping microsoft will own up to their mistake and get our X boxes working as they were ..
