Latest update xbox one

Since the latest update i can't play 4 of the 8 games i have ? They start to load then it goes back to the home screen, i have re loaded my profile, re installed the games and up dated but still no go on the same 4 games, they were all playing fine before
the up date on the console ?

Xbox one latest update

I just received a new update (beta), then while it was installing the update it showed E100 error. Now it just blank screen. Now I got to send it in for a repair.

Just to check, have you tried a hard reset of your console? (Hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it shuts off and try again) This has helped every time I've had that issue.

camtrouble: Are your games on external HDD? If they are, power down your console, switch the USB port the HDD is connected to, to one that isn't being used currently and then power the console back on. You should be able to play the games then.

If on the other hand, the games are installed on the internal hard drive, it may be something else altogether so please try the hard reset suggested above, too. Hope it works for you.

thanks for the advice but yes tried a hard reset and no it is storage through the box,

i have had to restore the default setting, wiping all my games and download them all again, this seems to have worked, i can play the games it affected again, not sure why the update did this but hey they are working again

Hi, the same issue for me from last update (2 days ago) can't play games - I'm log in to XBL when trying to play any game They start to load then goes back to the home screen. Can not see gamer profile picture and had problems with kinect as well - yesterday
keept turning on and off. I have reinstalled my profile/hard reset - all this kind of stuff - nothing help. What to do? Hope We don't need to wait till march update to fix the problem.

P.s. Im on PREVIEW UPDATE PROGRAM . Talked to MS support 3 times - THEY SENT ME HERE ON XBOX FORUM - COS THEY CAN NOT HELP WITH PREVIEW MEMBERS PROGRAM.

Turned off INSTANT ON then FACTORY DEFAULTS ;/ 500GB to download WORKING FINE - FOR NOW...HOPE NOTHING CHANGE

Hey there Blade! I'm really glad to hear that re-downloading the update did the trick. Since you're in the Preview program, please direct any future questions or issues to the Preview Support forums. The folks monitoring those forums are much more knowledgeable
about the operating system you're on and the issues that might crop up.

Anything that happens between Preview updates, you can post here and we'll be happy and able to assist. =)
