    Latest update to Xbox Game Pass PC breaks it


    I can sign in but login box keeps flashing up. I was able to finish off a game (Dishonored 2) that I had previously started thankfully but no other games will run (various errors all pointing to not being signed in). Have tried reinstalling from scratch but no luck.

    Are you using the Game Pass PC beta app and is your PC running the latest Windows 10 update of 1903?

    Game Pass for PC requires the latest update to Windows 10 and the
    Xbox Beta app     installed. Do you have both of those?

    Just did 2 Clean installs of Windows 10 1909.

    The first install i did all windows updates/Driver updates then installed xbox pc beta game pass then installed 2 games and then attempted to install dragon center from MSI. it installed and then failed to run with the same errors i was getting before.

    The second install i installed driver updates and then installed Dragon Center. Configured the system with Dragon Center. Then installed all windows updates, Xbox pc beta game pass and then installed a game and played. Dragon center still worked after playing
    the game. once i restarted the computer dragon center was broken with the same errors as before. Something is breaking the program in the xbox pc game pass install.

    What do I need for xbox game pass ?

    Now it all depends on what you are gaming on. If you are only using a PC, you will only need Game Pass PC (beta) Your PC will need to be running the latest Windows 10 update of 1903. If it can't install, then your PC doesn't meet the minimum standard.

    If you are gaming on a console, signing up for Game Pass Ultimate is the cheapest option, as it gives you Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold in one cheaper package, with the bonus of Game Pass PC (beta) thrown in.

    You will need a valid payment method (as stated) credit/debit card etc for the reoccurring monthly payments.
