Latest update screen shots not working

I have the same question, I noticed it after making our latest family video, it pauses with the green screen with lines or the grey screen. The video was shot in 4k. I really hope they fix this, it works fine on our other youtube platforms.

1. It is the latest version. It had just updated when this started.

2.uninstall/reinstall did not work on either of my xboxs.

3.yes i am on the correct account.

4.see screen shots posted.

5.it started right after it updated to the newest version.

6. Not stressed about the refund as or right now, just want my Realm fixed.

Don't post here in the General Forum. Go to the preview forums and post there for issues with the preview update. Additionally make sure you are providing feedback via the app on the console including screen shots for any hanging or loading issues. Make
sure you have the latest build, updates are happening multiple times in a week for some issues such as the Wi-Fi slowdown.

This is a long shot of an answer but have you recently updated your console? If you havent the problem may be because of you dont have the latest update
