LAtest UPDATE RUINING XBOX !!!

THe latest update, I already complained and got ridiculed by a staff member ... But it doesn't allow the xbox to turn off by any means, except unplugging. It goes into a sleep mode, which means its still running. My xbox has been turning itself on, so
I have to literally unplug it. Are you guys trying to purposefully run up our electricity bill ?!?!?! Are you trying to waste my running hours on xbox so I waste my money on an xbox S or scorpio ?!?!?! this is ****, you guys should be paying my electrical
bill this month and last month, you should be buying me a new xbox as you are wasting this one ....

I seriously have half a mind to tell Xbox/Microsoft to go **** themselves, their enforcement team is a joke, how long has it been !?!?! you still don't make vote kick mandatory , and especially in EA Games, trolls run wild, you report and block only to
see them time and time again. How can you ban someone when you don't even have proper systems in place and haven't even made the attempt to, its hypoctrical **** I didn't sign up for on my x box live sub.... ANd I certainly didn't sign up for XBOX RUINING MY XBOX CONSOLE WASTING MY MONEY AND NOT CARING,
THIS IS DISGUSTING YOU GUYS SUCK !!!!!

I have the exact same issue. I own minecraft and have the latest update, but im a GOLD member...

People are reviewing games that aren't even out yet

Since the latest OS update people are leaving reviews on games that haven't even released yet. This is because they're letting people who pre-order review the game before it's even out. Please fix this. It makes no sense and is ruining the reviews.

fyi, almost another 10+ dollars on my power bill, plus what over a million Xbox's doing this, that's a lot of coin you are taking out of your customers pockets, this is disgusting and unacceptable and to let this issue carry one, I don't think anyone should
waste their time or money with xbox... and I highly doubt Xbox is gonna compensate us in ANY WAY .

The Xbox One has a variety of different power options including an energy saving mode. We'd recommend checking out our Power Mode guide

HERE for the rundown on how you can setup the console to operate as well as how you'd like it to perform in your specific setup.

In regards to the enforcement teams, they don't use the forums and we couldn't speculate on enforcement actions. They investigate all reports, but in individual games. It's best to report users on the console of course, but you'll also want to check and
see if the game or publisher has a way they handle "trolls". For more info on the enforcement team, please visit
enforcement.xbox.com and the Common Myths page HERE.

NO THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM, THE PROBLEM IS YOUR UPDATE !! NEXT TIME PLEASE READ !! Your update is turning my xbox on randomly, and will not allow it to turn off, unless unplugged ... power options don't matter, I have it set to to turn off
after 6 hours, it DOESNT TURN OFF IT TURNED ITSELF ON LAST NIGHT and wsa running for 8 hours on its own when I woke up this morning to find that out ...

YOUR UPDATE IS WASTING MY XBOX'S LIFE AND RUNNING UP EVERYONES POWER BILLS, and this is the stupid response I get ... ridiculous ...

IM gonna speak to a lawyer about legal action, over a million people are getting at least another 10 dollars or so on their power bill because of this huge mistake made in this update ...

Again not an isolated incident, my friend's xbox does the same thing, over 50 people ... they have to unplug their xbox , like I do, to protect it and their power bill because of this update ...

and about your joke of an enforcement team, if you can block a person, and keep seeing them in the same game lobbies, there is something wrong, they aren't doing their job, and never have, they are a joke. ... just like your answer to me is a joke ... just
