I just want to report that I fixed my issues with streaming. My old Lenovo X200s is capable of streaming from Xbox One. I installed the latest Windoes 7 driver and it works now. No bigger lags or sth.

I am having the exact same issue. It seems to have popped up only recently, the latest Xbox One update sounds about right.

I'd love to see this issue get resolved, whether the app needs an update or if its something I need to do. I stream multiple movies a day from the OneDrive for my son to watch, and its very frustrating to have to fast forward an hour into the movie when
they restart every single time.

If you use a usb camera for face cam and are live streaming after the latest update, disconnect the camera for now.

This is a known issue after the latest console updates and should stabilize your streams.

I am having the same issue for a week now. I'm on the latest Xbox series update. Was this resolved?

I've been able to stream before the latest update and now I'm not able to load to start the stream or be able to see my full library. It's not my internet because I went over to my neighbors and I had the same issue in their internet.
