latest update has messed up by xbox

I'm having the same problem after the update. Screen freezes every time it tries to sign-in to Live. Can't get to the dashboard. Only works if I go off-line. Tried the unplug xbox, router, modem route but no dice. Spoke to Tech Support and they told
me to bring the Xbox in! This is before I realized that I was not the only one experiencing this problem. Good thing I decided to check the forums before sending it in. Grrr. Hope it sorts itself out. Still waiting for official word from MS on this issue.

 

I am having the same issue. Whenever I am trying to sign in to XBOX live account, screen freezes while loading dash board.

If I skip the sign-in part and try to sign-in from any game instead, it works fine. The dashboard does not load at all after signing in.

Please help!!

 

Having the same problems, I deleted my profile thinking that it will help, but now, I can't download my profile back at all, it freezes when downloading the profile. Offline works fine though but I wanna get my profile back

Hoping they will fix this soon enough.

have now been told that no community embassadors are available to deal with my problem..............well thanks a lot!!!!!

 

hoorah new update - and it looks to be sorted
