Latest update can't download

When I went to play my Xbox today, it said there was a 459 MB update, and I thought nothing of it because my console is plugged in to my router with an ethernet cable. It's been half an hour and every time I try to update, it says error. I've tried unplugging
my ethernet and using wireless, restarting, turning off my console, going to xbox.com/xboxone/update/help, and searching for help on the forums.
The error code is 0x80072EFD 0x00000000 0x00000206. People are saying using their phone's hotspot is working, but I just lost my phone and can't get another until June. All because Microsoft messed up the update.

I'll come back later and update you guys if it works. At this rate though, I'm gonna be offline for a while.

i was told by Xbox live support i needed to have the insider hub preview team to push a fix or patch through so my Xbox one will download the last update

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the game, I understand your frustrations.

Seeing as you invested a lot of time and effort into this issue, mind trying the following things?

1. Power Cycle - Instructions here: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console.
Press and hold the Xbox Logo on your console for about 8-10 seconds until the console shuts off.

See if you can download it now. If not,

2. Remove and re-add your account. Instructions here: http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

If it still won't download,

3. Make sure the game is uninstalled (including saves and DLC). Then, factory reset your xbox (make sure you select "Reset and keep my games & apps")

After this, try reinstalling the game.
