latest saved data missing

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

Being unable to sync your save data to the cloud would be an indication of not having a stable connection to Xbox Live.

I would recommend checking testing your multiplayer connection
on your console and see if you receive any errors during doing this.

This can be done by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

If you do receive an error, I would recommend taking a look at the
Multiplayer Connection Error Solution wizard, and see if any of these steps work for you.

Actually the first time i did a shut down and it didn't work but after checking for any updates we did a restart , which youu stated for us to do and it worked. The DLC's are working and the game is now sync'd with latest data. Thank you!!!

You should also go into your console updates through the settings menu and see if there is an update available, that can sometimes cause issues with updates/downloads/and data syncing.

Hey DUCKONQUACK I've also seen similar issues, and in my experience keeping it simple is the best resolution. Try cancelling the install and restart the console.

The saved data may have been overwritten already which means that re-syncing the game data will just sync the latest save.
