Latest Preview Program Update froze and now my Xbox One is stuck on the green boot up screen.

So i started the latest update from the preview program and it got as far as 91% whilst applying the update.

It got stuck here for a few hours and wasn't responding or progressing, decided to try turning it off and on but that didn't work.

Tried turning it off and on a few times, tried hard resets and removing the power cable but nothing worked there.

Now I'm stuck on the green boot up screen and cant do anything with the machine, went onto the xbox support page and started a live chat and they told me to try here.

Any help with this at all would be greatly appreciated!

NO sucesso following the Offiline Update Support..

 

When i try to do the Hard reset my Xbox turn off by itself.. =\

 

Thanks for the response, Igor! The steps there should work, and doing a hard reset should also turn your console off. Can you walk us through the exact steps you are taking? If you are following the steps that Mister Cizl linked to, let us know which ones
are failing.
