Latest preview dashboard - crap

Hi are you ever going to fix the HDMI/HDCP day one issues? I'm running on the preview code and you guys have made the hdmi/hdcp issues even worse than day one at this point. Sometimes you have to kill the TV app to regain sound and other times it uses the
wrong resolution(so the edges are cut off). Some times it wont sync at all and just shows a black screen. In the latest it sometimes causes my Cisco STB to show a HDCP error. Removing the xbox from the path always fixes as does using my old Onkyo receiver
which is old and seems to have no problems interacting with all HDCP devices (unlike the Xbox One). Just a thought but for the next device your team releases you may want to do some testing before sending it out the door.

Update on October 6 for Preview Program Issue

This is a known issue. The preview update dashboard has not yet finalized use of racing wheels on the NXOE. They are continually working on it, and it will roll it out probably with a later update of the preview dashboard.

 

While I understand how upset you feel over this issue, this is not the place to discuss anything about the Xbox One Preview program. You will need to post in the private forums for this program if you have access to it. If you don't have access to the private
forums yet, you will need to wait 2 business days since you were accepted into the program according to this FAQ:
