Problem with Micrsoft Bingo and Connection Server

Will you please review the issue regarding server problems with Microsoft Bingo that has occurred this evening. When trying to open the game, the following message appears:

SERVER CONNECTION ISSUE:

There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

TRY AGAIN

In addition, the coin purchase is not working.

My server is working fine and the other Microsoft games are opening. Will you please review this issue and fix the problem

Says I am not allowed to access this page, I signed in with my Microsoft account..crazy. What does their response say since I can't access it??

 

Your link doesn't work; it just takes us to a page that tells us "Access Denied"

 

Yanno, I've worked in IT 30 years, and if our server wouldn't connect and we didn't have it fixed within an hour, you can bet someone would be in deep trouble. Microsoft can't have someone fix this?? What kind of company are they running here? Sorry, I'm
just frustrated. It should have been fixed long ago.

 

All I see in the link is the access denied splash page. Has anyone responded?
