Latest Elder Scrolls online update

I'm trying to update Elder Scrolls online but the update stopped at 3.4% and will not update any farther it's getting frustrating. I'm not uninstalling it cause it'll take forever to in stall back on.

I tried hard reset that didn't work either

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Thanks for bringing this understandably frustrating issue. ESO is a great game and I bet you're eager to play online and quest all around Tamriel. If the previously posted troubleshooting steps haven't helped so far, I would totally check out the steps outlined

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
