Latest dashboard update causing problems

I have an Xbox 360 E 4GB and everything was fine until the lastest dashboard update. My games now stutter/hitch/hiccup and I notice increased load times and lag. I've tried redownloading the games but it didn't help. I've tried running them off my USB sticks
and portable hdd and that doesnt help. I've tried playing them offline and online, that also affects nothing. I cleared my cache and I even tried running some of the games off the internal 4GB flash drive and the problem still exists. Also when I use Xbox
Video to play some movies or tv shows those stutter as well. When I try to scrub ahead or chapter skip it takes a very long time. Everything ran fine before the update, what gives. I can't imagine waiting several months for another dashboard update that may

Xbox One dashboard preview issues

Has anyone else had the issue of the latest Dashboard preview update which was yesterday,

now causing a 'can't load latest save game data' and now none of my games will load!

 

Random disconects from xbox live

i have a feeling no moderators are actually going to answer this question mate unfortunately, but its either the new dashboard update causing the problems or XBL Servers Update or something

 

Clear your cache. Clearly you don't have enough space on your internal storage for the Xbox operating system has nowhere to write to. And no, external storage doesn't count.

 

Paid $100 for Microsoft's official hard drive, cleared the cache, re-downloaded games and still getting performance problems. Could it be the Xbox console itself? I'm not so sure because the problems only started after the latest update. Not worth spending
more money on a new console to test a theory anyway. I'm out of ideas at this point.
