Latest bad xbox one update

Why has the latest update messed up, when you eject a disc, the xbox one take the disc back in so you have to eject it again, the when you go and put a different game in it says that the disc may be damaged or scratched and may require cleaning, so you
have to do a main reset by holding the xbox button and try again, please xbox sort this out, as this is happening to my friends also with the update.

my guess is that you are talking about the xbox one dashboard preview (for the april update)

For any issues/bugs please go to the preview forums here:

Also the issue you are mentioning is a known issue (and solution) with the drive software and they are working on it with the highest priority

 

Why do you guys keep posting links to the "preview forums" and all it says is group not found. Whats the deal?

 

The preview forums have a feedback section were people are meant to post the problems they are experiencing from preview updates. Unfortunately some people do have problems accessing them.

 

Yes, it says 'Group Not Found' every time I try to use the link and the Xbox Help Forums don't have a specific spot to post on how to get to the Beta Preview Forums.

Unfortunately, JUICE 5150 could not be invited or registered in the program. It's possible that another account on his console is registered and has downloaded the update. If that's the case, then the owner of that account should have access.

The links are not broken guys, they are a private domain. You were just experiencing access issues.

REALLY, STOP TELLIN PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM HOW GREAT THE X1 IS. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ALL WORK FOR MICROSOFT. MY SYSTEM WONT READ THE DISC INSERTED AND SO I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS TO GET MINE BACK WITH FED EX. SO I GO TO THE FED EX STORE AT OFFICE MAX, AND I
KNOW ITS NOT A FED EX STORE BUT COME ON MAN THEY DIDNT HAVE A BOX TO FIT THE X1 SAFELY WITH THE BUBBLE WRAP, SO THE GIRL SAYS YOU CAN BUY ONE OF OUR BOXES LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE STORE. I LEFT THE BRICK AT THE COUNTER HOPING SOMEONE WOULD STEAL IT. I LOOKED
AT THE BOXES THEY HAD TO OFFER, 18X18X12 14X14X14 12X WHO CARES AT THIS POINT. SO I CALL MICROSOFT WHEN I GET HOME AND I AM TALKING TO THE GIRL ON THE OTHER LINE AND SHE SAYS WE HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU IN 24 HOURS. SO CALL BACK TOMORROW.REALLY? I ASK TO TALK

IN EXPADITED FOR 10.50$ AND WAIT 14 DAYS FOR A DISC DRIVE ISSUE. WHEN I HAD THE YLOD FOR THE PS3 THEY SENT ME A BOX AND 3 GAMES TO MAKE IT SMOOTH OVER. WHY DID I BUY THIS NEXT GEN GAMING SYSTEM? TO PAY 15$ MORE DOLLARS TO GET THERE 4 MONTH OLD PRODUCT FIXED
DUE TO THERE COMPANY WANTING TO RELEASE TOO SOON AND INSTALING A RUSHED DISC DRIVE THAT THEY DIDNT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHEN I GET MY CONSOLE BACK, IF I GET THE BRICK BACK? I AM GETTING THE NOT TO MENTION SYSTEM.
