    Latest Alpha Update Stuck at 24% Verifying


    I've been trying to update my One X to the latest Alpha build since last night with no luck. It will stay on 24% Verifying forever with no indication of what's going on. I should mention that it is not possible to report the issue on the console.



    I have tried a Hard Reset, a Factory Reset, Unplugging the console for over an Hour, Disconnecting all peripherals, Setting the console to Energy Saving and Instant On, Changing HDMI ports, Using a different Internet connection/ISP in both Wired and Wireless mode...etc.



    I looked around hoping to get the file on USB to do a manual update but as far as I know, they don't publish the insider builds. Any help would be appreciated.

    wait... so my current os version (latest alpha ring release) caused major issues with my router causing it to reset every time it goes online... it then crashed the router during an update... After several offline resets etc... the console still on same
    os bersion... I'm stuck with this os till it goes live even if I remove myself from the program? That's not great... Will Microsoft refund my xbox live sub since I can't utilise it due to their update? Doubt it... meh... cause whenever I restore it's still
    the alpha build not public release?

    Are you in preview Alpha? I think the latest update has menu selection down as a bug.................FYI I'm having the same issue!
